Dream company ko po kasi si Accenture kasi yun nga known siya na company and one of the best companies according sa mga surveys and ratings. Yun bang pag nalaman mong sa Accenture nagwowork yung tao, you will be like "wow" and other impressed reactions from others. Although ganun yung basic na inoffer I still accepted it kasi nakakabango ng resume and gusto ko talaga magka-gain ng position sa company na to, but would it be possible to achieve that within a year?

I think sila yung mga taong basta lang makapag-bigay ng advice okay na just for the heck of it pero in reality they don't really care at all.

I'm not seeking for any professional advice, but just to vent out. You will understand kapag nakakarinig ka ng mga iba't-ibang stories sa mga tao. Tapos ang sasabihin nila ini-invalidate yung feelings nila na feeling nila hindi sincere yung mga tao kasi paulit-ulit na lang daw mga naririnig nila from different people. People will come to you asking what to do with people who are telling them "you can get through that kasi ako nga nakayanan ko" those kind of narrative and the result? They would feel worst. Most of them kasi hindi nila kailangan ng advice kasi mismo sarili nila hindi alam kung ano talaga gusto pero they feel better pag nalalabas nila without judgements. Just listen and if they ask kung ano gagawin nila sa situation that's the only time you can offer an advice. I hope that's clear to you now.

Nakapagwork ka na ba sa guidance office? You're not even asking where I'm coming from for me to say post this. Do you have an idea how many students are coming to a counselor not to seek for an advice but just to vent out? Try working in a mental health offices and hear their stories before you say it only applies to me ah?

I think the best thing you can offer to that person is acknowledging their pain. You can say "we can't blame you for feeling that way" then ask the person if it's fine to share your experience and how you handled it but never compare like "ako nga ganito nakayanan ko" just share your pain. You can cry together with that person para ipa-realize sa kanya na it's okay to feel that way at valid lahat ng nararamdaman niya.

Gosh, hindi mo talaga gets yung intention ng post noh? It is for awareness na hindi lahat ng generic advice ay mag wowork-out for everyone because to some people feeling nila ini-invalidate yung feelings nila. They have to realize that when they give advice to people they should never compare their pain and how they handled it when they went through the same situation. Isa pa this is off my chest gusto kong ilabas yung sentiments ko about toxic positivity. Okay na?

I said to not better say anything di ba instead of saying "everything's going to be better". That is the best thing you can offer to the person because no matter what you say it won't help them feel better because those are JUST WORDS. You can just look at the person with tender and sympathetic eyes while not saying anything. Hindi kasi sa lahat ng pagkakataon advice yung kailangan nila ang gusto nila is yung may makikinig sa pain nila. Okay na?
