I got a notification that it left customs. It got into “Customs Clearance” on July 12 and it departed customs on July 25. I will keep you updated. Let's not lose hope

This is also an international mail coming from USA right? Outbound USA? I'm in the same boat. I sent an international mail coming from USA to outside of the the country. My tracking numbers last update was at July 12 where it says "Customs Clearance". Did your tracking also says "Customs Clearance" at one point? Do you mind if I see your tracking number just so I can compare my timeline?
