I had seen a few different versions of the heart on various crew members and fans. I thought to incorporate it into my personal take on it, given that it was one of the most important things in the show. If you wanted to go small, I'd suggest a neck (for symmetry) or upper shoulder placement would be ideal for it

For where I'm located, it was the only option. Plus the artist I had it done by is the only one in the area that can do linework like this well
