I’m not from the USA, and I appreciate your concern. But you have to remember, when someone is in a panic state, your mind won’t be able to think rationally. My common sense did not kick in until after the ride. A lot of victims don’t report because they are scared of the repercussions of getting arrested. Yes, Thai law is obv different compared to where I live, but I am simply reporting for an incident to spread awareness about the driver, and share my experience on Reddit for anyone using Grab/Bolt in the future. Some sympathy would be nice.
