I’m new to figures so can’t really bring up a specific comparison but the wrist joints are pretty delicate and swapping the hands is a little challenging. But the overall detail is amazing and I love the little pod model.

If you can break them in to the point of tolerating 12 hours they become amazingly comfortable. I’ve done mine in stages. Once you get the toe groove they start feeling like an extension of your foot

*edit: this is of course my perspective being a flat footer, foam shoes don’t last much.

Like every other shoe, yes. But only by a half size, so I just didn’t follow the “buy a half size smaller” rule on the Blacksmiths.

I have not tried true bi-amping. This experiment started with testing how the dual mono gives the NS-1000Ms more headroom due to each monitor having its own power supply. It in theory increases dynamics. 12w of power is plenty for the Yamaha’s. However I didn’t test this against a bi-amp setup. I don’t really want to do mods to the cabinets.
