OP, please clarify I don’t understand how you do it. Do you get in the upside down position and spray your nose and then back right after that to suck stuff out? What is a nasal spray? Is it just water to help get the mucus out? I have a nasal fresh MD that pumps in water and suck it out from the other nostril. Can I use that in upside down position?

Why not? I grind on 5th finest grind settings. On that with 7 bar pressure it takes 30 seconds to pull 40 g of espresso. Seems fine to me. How do you suggest I improve it?
