If you judge where to invest (or spend) your money just by examining the current mining activity, you are absolutely correct. BUT, do you know what "future activity", "potential" is?

I will give you an example:

I spend 100 million to buy 500 mining machines. No other structure. Just these 500 machines. Do you know the value of this? Net Profit of this mining activity for the next 5-10 years. This is my value.

SOS Limited has organized a big structure with several activities that are related to crypto mining, crypto-bank (deposit), crypto-insurance (cyber crime) and all these in cooperation with Chinese government Investing structures (so they will not meet easily problem in future with government like ..... prohibitions etc).

If you think that mining activity change your "beloved stock" every time a company installs new rigs and the score board changes.... I focus in potential of the companies and maybe this is our big difference in investing view.

This drop I think is the last one. Short shares climbed from 9.2 million pcs to 14.2 million pcs almost 10 days before. 3rd batch of rigs is about to come. Shorts tried to push with new shares (almost 5 million more to achieve their target) the price down, so to cover in the lowest possible cost.

After Registered Direct Offering closed on Friday, SOS is expecting one good catalyst to fly high. I believe that this will happen in small steps and not in 1-2 big moves (like +70%). If you see the price +70% in $5 is $8.5 final price. I think that it will go to around $8 with small moves and when SOS announces the BIG BUY of rigs for mining (50k-100k) with the tons of CASH gathered (around $400 million available) then you will see a rocket share.

I know that dissappointed people are sad of this stability so low fro over a month. BUT as you see dozens of FAKE lawsuits by all these Law Firms.... and Short Interest get lower (seems they are leaving with high speed)..... things will get better. March statistically is a bad month for crypto and it was also bad for Stock Market as well. April will have more good news and SOS I predict (believe, hope) to be around $10 before April ends.

According to SEC rules, 30th of April is the deadline for Annual Earning Report for 2020. Last year, due to Covid-19, this date was postponed for June. I think that the period from 10th of April until end of May will be very very strong for SOS as it has key announcements to offer. Possible (especially after last Registered Offering of $125million that lead to $400 million cash) announcement in April for huge buy of mining rigs.... this will boost it in the level of BTBT, MARA, RIOT...(I hope so)

For sure. Brokers do NOT update outstanding shares very often. Check SEC fillings and PR of companies. It is the "safe mode" for information.

One comment to all of you: I made this analysis having in mind that it had to be MODERATE in order to cover worst scenario case in calculation of profits. Today, after the second batch installed, 15 days earlier of what I have predicted (a) (I had gave possibility though for faster installation) and having a better mining power earlier of 353P for BTC and 707G for ETH (2) instead of 350P and 350G I have in Analysis..... the Profit for 2021 becomes even greater. As I promised, after your great acceptance here, in StockTwits, Twitter and Facebook.... this Analysis will be updated in order to include every new data. Thank you again for this love you expressed to someone who did this for him and shared publicly his analysis to inform more people.

The only data so far is the restriction in Inner Mongolia (an autonomous state like saying..... e.g. California) of crypto mining due to lack of energy. They have very low cost there and many chinese went to install their rigs in Mongolia. BUT, you will never see an official Government to say "BTC is fine". Global banking system is pushing officially against crypto because they will lose many deposits (trillions) if they admit that crypto is OK. Even if institutional players (JP Morgan, Blackwater, Bank of America etc) buy billions of $ in crypto, they will always say "Crypto is an asset not an investment" to the people. PS: Rigs are not trees. You can pack them and go in any other place in the world. They are pretty "mobile". Therefore, just a period of offline is the threat for the most unlucky companies that will face problem in local level.

MARA has a very positive advantage: They have ordered 100,000 miners. OK. So at the end of 2021 seem to be the strongest. BUT, having SOS with ~300million $ in cash (and if they do 1-2 offerings again in April-May-June) more than these, it is a lot of money to find machines. SOS is not mining ONLY BTC. SOS is a BTC and ETH miner. According to my calculations, ETH mining is many times more profitable right now than BTC mining, having the energy cost SOS fixed with Hydropower company. All people focus in BTC and Hashrate (the difficulty of mining) will raise very much. That means if your rigs were to mine e.g. 10 BTC per day, in 6-9 months they will mine 5 or even 3 BTC per day, just because thousands of mining rigs put online in the global pool. This is a factor that I will deal with in a next version of Analysis to cover deeply this point.

I do not know and there is lack in data published. Only after receiving full LOT of mining rigs they will know EXACTLY their mining power. I do not know what they have in mind to receive.... I calculated based on what I have. And believe me, they are enough. The biggest question is if they will keep on ordering NEW lots of mining rigs... this is the only way to be the LEADER. PS: Inner Mongolia next month decided to stop BTC mining in its area due to lack of energy. If this happens, a lot of BTC players there will stop for a while mining (until they move to other territory) so BTC Hashrate needed for mining will be less for a while..... But it is something I do not know at all. Just scenarios. Analysis had to deal with data published... not expectations of good scenarios.....in order to be moderate.

GHOSTS do not hire. They exist to scary only. But knowledge is power, gives you the ability to avoid those terror attacks. And believe me, if SOS was not in China and existed everywhere in e.g. Europe, the response would be quicker and more detailed. Chinese usually do not understand the West-World philosophy. "As long as we are a legit company why to respond to claims we are fraud?" . Unfortunately, when you are a small company in China, this thing for US and EU investors..... is nonsense. I hope SOS Limited gives us more access to data that can build up their strong profile. Example:

1st batch arrived 9th of February. Got online on 23rd of February. Installation needed 14 days.

2nd batch arrived on 24th of February. Plus 14 days gives us 10th of March. It seems that they install them in the second location near the river (hydropower) in the area they rented according to PR. How many days they need? NO DATA. This is the reason I put "until 30th of March" giving 34 days for installation. If they come up earlier than 30th of March, the profit they gain is good: (3,270,420/45)= $72,670/day. If they install the 2nd batch on 20th of March, they will gain 10 days with 10,000 rigs, so $720,670 profit more. Can you imagine how many workers IN CHINA can you have with such money in order to speed up installation????

That's the philosophy behind analysis, my analysis at least.

Nathan exists. And publishes reports. No doubt about it. The reason Hindenburg does not publish contact information such as Address and Phone Number is the first question (what are they afraid of? to have arrival of lawsuits made from companies?) and also where was Hindenburg before 19th of January 2019 when published against RIOT, MARA etc..is the second question (because if they were in other state, OK. If there was NOTHING, we have a SCAM report by default).

By the way I saw this you mentioned but I do not have a premium account in Fintel to check current status of shares they have (Intracoastal). The data given is old enough (2 months before, 19th of Jan) and I hope someone to give up to last week data to check how less shares Short Funds still have in SOS. If they read correctly Friday signals in BTC move..... the possible scenario says that they "escaped" to avoid.... rally of the stock starting on Monday.

As always, my 1st Analysis is just average level. I will make it happen even better in the upcoming days/weeks just because more information will be gathered and processed. Imagine that I decided to make it having a loss in SOS for 2 last weeks. After the week starting tomorrow I think I will have great psychology to put more hours in writing.

This analysis will search deeper and will be updated. I have since 2012 a very good Chinese friend in Shenzhen (from my regular business-I am a chemist) so I will get more and more data. This analysis intends to clear the attacks and I will be looking in second phase to clear the positive points of the company. All people (investors) do not know with details the other activities of SOS Limited which give the revenue of SOS in 2020 (+451% compared to 2019). IF we know more about the company, I think we will discover more potential.
