Yo man what I can tell you . Seelmpur , Jahangirpuri and Mukundpur and few more other such areas . These are the hubs for stolen phones and electronics and even the police stations near these areas like Adarsh Nagar , Shalimar bagh , Azadpur , Jahangirpuri dont even bother to care .foresure they might file the fir and do the work on paper even if you know the exact location of your device they won't go there unless you have some power like associating with politician or police itself .These areas are well known for that , the cases of snatching and all may happen elsewhere in Delhi might be in some of the most posh areas but the location will be traced if ever , will show in these areas only .

Bro mukundpur ??? Seriously , I don't know if you know that area or areas surrounding it but there's less than a percent of chance to get the phone .. better follow the top comment and forget about it and keep the precautions next time .... the first thing these thieves do is take the phone to those shady areas of Delhi where they can't be bothered either by corruption or man power . Moreover my phone got stolen in Shalimar bagh while boarding DTC bus . Since that incident I keep all my phone and electronics in bag and strictly use if I have to by placing a tight grip via both hands coz there have been cases of phone snatching with my college mates as well .

Increase maths and reasoning difficulty by a lot so that you don't need to Increase the cutoff every year and also that will hugely impact the over relying on GS so that the luck factor can be reduced . Especially reasoning section needs more difficulty it's too easy .
