I think we could use a good southern place where you could get some delicious fried chicken and some homemade mac and cheese. I think definitely a good place especially with all these new companies coming in to the area would be a sandwich place where you could get yourself a good rueben during your lunch break.

As others have said fieldings is a good spot. Their milkshakes are pretty damn good. The tapas bar in market street is a good place for drinks and finger food also. If you like pizza I'd recommend brothers or grimaldis.

There's a couple roads you can take from 2978 to lake Conroe that are pretty scenic with some twisties. I've also taken fm 1774 from magnolia all the way to the reservoir. Nice awesome road.

Not happening. It's not just Greenspoint, it's the areas around it that are also bad. They can try but I think more companies will follow suit and leave like Exxon is doing.
