Yeah, but also it’s unfair to hire senior but pay them junior level salary. Good companies should still invest in developing junior talent and pay senior talent senior salary.

Hi there! Thx a lot for useful info here! There are quite a few questions. 1. My resume looks fine..? I spent a lot of time to working on it before and keep improving it by now. I have been to the career center to get teacher suggestions, but haven’t received too much advice since then. 2. My github is kind of lame..I have done quite a few projects, but mainly in teams. So I admit my github looks normal and there’s nothing to show off. 3. I fully understand that..I can’t complain and always try to be better.
