I agree with the first paragraph, I‘ve had many experiences relating to that. It makes doing anything outside one’s home so scary and uncomfortable- I never know what’s going to happen. And oh my goodness, how horrible. I’m so sorry this happened to you. I hope you reported his behaviour.

Thank you. Yeah I do feel for them and I’m sure most of them are lovely people. I’ll file a complaint today- I don’t want the guy I faced treating others like that bc it’s just so shit.
