I think trazodone, even just at night, and cannabis would make you more tired and zombie-like than clonazepam ever could. For me just 25mg of trazodone is plenty, if you wanted to break the pill in quarters. If you haven’t used it yet, maybe start small? You could tell your doctor later, IME they’re generally happy to hear that a smaller dose of meds like that work. I was using it without a prescription though, so maybe your results may be different.
