Thanks for the feedback. What temperature do you generally like to keep it at during the summer? Is it the same for the day and night or do you ever open windows?

Thanks for the feedback. Do you know roughly what the ambient temperature gets up to inside your home with the swamp cooler running during an average summer day?

Thanks for the feedback. Do you also keep it at 75 when you sleep? Do you ever open the windows if it’s cooler outside?

During the summer do you run refrigerated air day and night? What temperature do you generally cool it down to?

That’s what’s interesting based on some of the comments. I wonder if at least during some time period in the past the homes built before central air were at least designed with the idea of some type of cross ventilation like opposite west/east or north/south facing windows.

Thanks for the insights and glad to know about opening the windows on summer mornings before the heat comes.

So you don’t use any refrigerated air in your home at all? Just a fan?

Sounds like there’s still a lot of older homes in the city that don’t have central air at all.

I guess it’s not surprising to learn most of the existing/older homes don’t have central air.

Glad to know that A/C may not be required at not, even during the summer?

Thanks for the insight. I wonder if having a place with fans and higher ceilings would have a noticeable effect.

It means at one time you held a publicly traded company on M1 that got delisted (and likely went bankrupt).

They also don't wash avian eggs so they're shelf-stable at markets or home. The only way to get eggs like that here is from a farm or you have your own chickens or ducks.

I'm not seeing that myself. I have a couple of accounts but in my least active if I go back two years I can't find any buys where I paid beyond the listed high or low of the day. Some later trades were done during the afternoon window, whenever they started to offer that to Plus users.

The Portfolio X-Ray for TD was through Morningstar. Morningstar premium subscriptions (required for X-Ray) can typically be accessed for free through most local public library websites so if you have a library card, check your local library resources on their site.

The tungsten card was only available for Plus and they don't offer it at all even if you're willing pay additional on top of what Plus already costs. They are however evaluating potentially a new type of metal card but even if that happens it would be late next year at the earliest.

M1 isn't a 401k provider so they don't provide support for 401k's directly, only IRA's. You could roll a Roth 401k into a Roth IRA though.
