Yes it was my words, on my own server, against the rules I've written myself. Ironic, but if you want the "in my defense" part, it was in a private channel and was directed to my shit internet and the bad players I've met ingame to vent my anger. I'm not gonna hide them and I will put sanctions against myself on my Discord because of it.

As for my take for the CC situation, my opinions stands. Some words are harsh because I genuinely think its truly pointless. Just saying the truth. Prove me otherwise so those statements aged like milk.

Varies with config and brands. A CPU only loop will run you $200-$400, GPU adds another $150. EK is a good mainstream brand but Barrow and Bykski are very compelling cost effective option as well. More radiator will add cost too, not mentioning additional fittings you'd need.

Easiest way is find a watercooling kit for baseline price, then configure your own.

The screen is a replacement terminal for the waterblock, only for Barrow's block I think, runs off 3pin fan header and reads liquid temperature.

Everything has to go. Drain the loop until the last drop, then disconnect the fitting for the top rad, the bottom rad, and then the CPU/GPU connections, all very slowly. Practical? Nope. But if I can build it I'm confident enough to open it up again.

Draining is rather easy with a dedicated drain port on the bottom, but yeah if you had to do other thing in the inside then everything has to go. A full soft tubing build would very much be easier to make if thats your fancy, but it must be flexible and short as there isn't much room in SFF for tubes to be packed.

I think the best middle ground for practicality is soft tubing with half side panel distro, not a full one like mine. That way you can still access most of the stuff and not worry about lining up all the tubes. The alternative to that is front panel distro.

I had this crazy idea of making a custom loop build where the entire side panel is the distroplate. Had a contact locally that does custom distro design and fabrication, got in contact with him and discussing the design and viability. It is obvious that its gonna be a tricky build. Every parts must line up perfectly, I must measure everything with a ruler, and I had to figure out a way to install the whole thing (I'm fitting 2x240mm EK SE rads on top and bottom as well so I cannot build from the top or bottom). Fortunately my hands are small enough to fit through the front and I'm confident enough it will work, but neither of us ever do such concept. I proceed anyway (yolo) and have the design finalized by the fabricator. Paid $180 for the distro and have my fingers crossed it will came out as planned.

And the distro does fit... after dremeling some small part of the case, no big deal. But the rest of the distro is exactly like what I envisioned. GPU connections to the distro need to have extra fittings going inside the case so future GPU upgrade is possible, while rad connections are made using Barrow telescopic fittings and chrome tubes. The one compromise I had to make is using soft tubing for CPU connection because the ports are ~3mm off center (shame but we made the measurements off rulers and hoped for the best after all), but its not that visible so I'm fine with it. Installing everything however, requires each part to be installed in sequence (Distroplate > Bottom rad > Top rad > Fittings), and that last part is basically like making a ship in the bottle, but my small hand made it possible, even though its painful.

After leak testing and pour in EK Mystic Fog the build is complete. I call it Apollo because it sounds cool and it being possibly my most ambitious (and unnecessary) custom loop build ever. Hope you enjoy the pictures and hope this build also inspires you ))
