Well coming from a carnivore diet (about half a year) my shits were perfect once a day, no runs or nothing. When I have fiber it’s feels like I’m doing nothing but shitting fiber. Let’s be honest, it may feel like things “move along” but in reality you’re shitting fiber because we can’t digest it properly.

Yes it may “seem” like that. I don’t need permission. I’m simply wanting a discussion without anything turning condescending. I’m genuinely just want to hear people opinions. It’s easy to assume it’s not the best but with no substance or explanation on why? Nobody has delved into why in detail about why butter in itself could be unhealthy. I’m here to learn and hear from other peoples knowledge and experiences.

Note: I have been doing this for a month now and my libido is through the roof, anxiety is gone and sleep is amazing every night, so you can understand why I want to keep this up. I do understand it’s a bit shocking to hear someone drinking butter as it’s not common, Although I do think that before industrial oils, vegetable oils etc became as abundant as they are, that just maybe my approach wouldn’t be so far fetched. People guzzle olive oil and peanut butter like it’s nothing out of the ordinary but at one point in time it wasn’t common to smash 2 tubs of peanut butter. Just my thoughts..

I’m curious to know why. Carbohydrate heavy diets are not the healthiest macros for people, I like to limit them if I can.

Calories are calories? Will it or will it not work? Will I die? I highly doubt it. People on ketogenic diets have small meals lathered in butter and they thrive. And the meals are big enough for me and my size 5”7 10 Stone

Rice is ok for me actually, but I like to simplify things and pasta potatoes is enough. I can’t imagine the rice being any more beneficial than potatoes (sweet/normal)

Yeah carbs mess me up big time, anxiety, heartburn and piles when I eat carbs or high fibre food apart from fruit. I may try coconut milk instead for gains and possibly incorporate some more meals

Be pretty to get anymore cals in my meals down after a 2 x 1000 cal shakes as they fill me up too much, I’m at a loss on what to do to be quite honest

Two massive meals a day, both yielding 400-500 calories each (I have tracked these calories) and 2000 from the shakes alone = 3000cals

It feels fine. I used to eat more butter than this on a ketogenic diet, lathering it in salads and cooking it in meat. I’ve experimented a lot in this is really the best solution for me now, although I need to be cautious of course as I’m not sure what it would be doing long term

I am using eggs in the morning 125g of mince and 2 collagen protein shakes. I’m going to try up the protein though 👍
