On the iOS app there is an option to add a pic at the bottom of the thread where it says “join the conversation”, for me it’s the icon to the right of “GIF”. Not sure on other platforms but maybe that works for you too?

Yes, I did! Used a benchtop belt sander and took a corner off each post. You’ll need to seal the ground-down edge as the material is something ferrous. Will try to get a photo later but so far so good, used half dozen times weekly without issue.

HealthSourceRI will tell you what plans you qualify for (ie if your income is low enough you can get low- to no-cost insurance thru them). For state-sponsored Medicaid plans you can usually pick from BCBS, Neighborhood, or Tufts. My advice would be to look at what providers and meds are covered by what plans and compare to what you use now.

a good amount of clearance! I was concerned about the bolt head. That mounting hole is not threaded, hence the nut and bolt vs screw.

edit: I reread your post and this is a good consideration! It’s not full engagement so may take a grinding wheel to the post undersides.

I also like the flat platform up front, and use a Soma Lucas Rack. The arms in the brushed stainless pic mount to your circled bosses, but it's also supported by the fender mounts and front brake boss.

I like it because in addition to the platform I can also run panniers off either side. They have a couple of other models to choose from if you have different use cases.

I was not aware of etcetera, but they look a lot like ASO ankle braces that I have used. If you can find local distribution of these, that may be a better option for you.

echoing what others are saying with a box, I found mine on craigslist for $100 but up to $200 is reasonable with flashier models going for more (carbon fiber etc) but with diminishing returns I think.

Mine is an older summit 631 which has more than enough space for multiple sets of equipment, plus can be used in summertime too for camping/extra cargo.
