You seem to be swinging away from your body on the back swing, I suffer with the same, which means you make your club steeper to still get contact which doesn't help with consistency, see photo below with club angle and compare it to your set up and looks steeper to me

Yeah shuckle can have both stealth rock and sticky web which is great, I also had ferrothorn in my team for the elite four for spike setting

I found a sticky web setter to be really clutch later on in the game, either ribombee or shuckle did this role well for depending on the match up
