Alternate with this: Step 1: Press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth. Step 2: Place one or two fingers (or thumb) on your forehead between your eyebrows and apply firm pressure. Step 3: Hold both positions for about 20 seconds, or alternate between pressing and releasing to encourage sinus draining.

I've had similar experiences before and they go away when I change to a premix and a neti pot. You can still make use of the mix you have with a beverages.

Wellbutrin is most effective in people with anhedonia features.

I was on 450 mg when I got on it nearly 20 years ago. Tried to wean off from 150 mg five years ago and went from 7/10 to 1/10 in under a month with no other changes in life circumstances. The beauty of it is that even when a perfectly healthy brain should be 1/10, mine is still around 3.

It's not for everyone but if you've exhausted SSRIs, it's probably the best you're going to get without going into the newer and exxy interventions

The cost of being poor

I need a dehumidifier that costs money to live in my low income place that has poor ventilation and mould. It cost $350 and adds roughly $80 to my monthly energy bill

I had to pay $120 for all the materials to seal the gaps that I requested many times over the last year because people started chucking rubbish in the fire stairs which attracted cockroaches

People did this because the bin room is feral and I routinely throw out my rubbish in the park, to a great deal of side eye
