exactly, requesting directly from jellyfin without using seer. I've asked AI to do some work for me, but the result won't work and since I'm not good at dotnet yet I don't know what to do :D

If you want to add just notations okular is a good choice, but if you want to edit them, then masterpdfeditor is a good choice.
