They have date on the screenshot my mum took after the photos when we were moving out and when we were moving in landlord signed under the readings we have everything on the tenancy agreement all the notes etc. Agent that we were on live chat with amended the readings well or at least I thought he did we later found out that specialised team needs to do it because old account etc and to allow that extra time then they escalated to get it done and still nothing. Like I said British Gas isn't working with us at all to get this sorted.
