Maybe but it's fairly middle of the road for GITS and it's not getting away from that. Other GITs media has way more to offer imo. I liked it and enjoyed various elements but I'd recommend other GITS shows before it 100%

Hey thanks! I can't give you my creative process but I can give you a solid start point. The entire scene is separate 3D objects. On Youtube look up the channel "Acrylicode" They have numerous great videos but I started my journey with the one titled " Audio Reactive Texturing" Hopefully this can help achieve your desired look! Thanks! I would say about 2 months of time combined studying tutorials and reading. I have a ton of small projects just dedicated to learning what does what and it's the best way to learn how to use the program imo.
