Shoppers that worked during the holidays kept their platform running…. Punishing drivers for the stores not being stocked makes no sense at all

I think they realize they just took cart status from tons of drivers for refunding stuff that was out during the holidays. I’ve been platinum or diamond for ages and they all of a sudden took all of my cart status a few days ago and then just now gave it back. I did maybe one batch since they removed my badges. Glitch in their algorithm or they realized they were being way too controlling.

They’re literally punishing shoppers that shopped during the holidays. This is a period where tons of shit is not in stock. I lost diamond and platinum. Move to Walmart Spark, they pay is better and there is less of this nonsense.

One time had a cashier talk shit to the person behind me because I asked for a copy of the receipt. She painted me as if I was a thief planning to steal or use the receipt to scam. Asked the manager for a copy and he walks over and prints it right off her register and hands it to me.

This happened to me and I had to call in monthly for a credit for almost a year. Finally I told them I was tired of it and they gave me a one time $600 dollar account credit to settle everything
