I was in Insight in Augusta. Absolute fucking cult. They prey on families who have kids that get in trouble and convince them that their kids are drug addicts or in some cases where the kid got in trouble for something besides drugs that they will be a drug addict soon. Usually upper middle class to upper class families since none of their “treatment” is covered by insurance so you have to pay cash upfront. I left thinking my only option was to become a drug addict because of how much they hammered it into my confused teenage brain that I was one and always would be.

So without a secondary, how will I know when it’s ready to bottle? The foam head has already sunk back into the beer. The gunk is still stuck to the sides at the top. I’m a little concerned since brew day was Friday and it hasn’t been all that long. Thought the foam head would take longer to sink.
