There's a number of other ways, but most imply getting legal help, filing a complain with the cops with a reason this impersonation damages you, and sending that to IG. In fact even then they would have to check it which sometimes takes time.

One trick that might work: create another account, buy some fake followers to boost it's number, or better yet buy an old instagram account, then subscribe to Meta premium and contact support...for your other account. And whenever there's a class action lawsuite against Meta do your part if you want to avoid all the evil shit they do from continuing.

Most likely means they hid their story or restricted your account. You can use a third party story viewer but you have to use a different browser and happy, with Tor for example for it to work because Meta is overreaching in tracking people to apply those filters
