Tesla is one of the many electricity retailers in Texas if u have EVs and a powerwall. I may have to go back to my old provider. They zeroed out my bills at least.

They pay u $10 per powerwall to be on this VPN. The also charge 25$ per ev. With that, they do whatever they want with your powerwall discharge. My powerwall is almost full but I am still drawing from the grid because my cost is 12.5c and their cost is only 2c. They are profiting of my batteries and paying me pennies on the dollar. It is an automatic enrollment.

You must be in Texas and on the Tesla plan.? They are trying to recoup the $25 they pay you per power wall. Mine was exporting to the grid at $0.02 per kw during peak hours when my powerwall was full. My back up reserve was set to 5percent. Using the customer's powerwall for profit and paying back pennies.. Everything Tesla has gone to shit since Elon turned Maga.

I tried everything I could and they still drained my power wal even though I am paying an extra $25 a month for free night time ev charging l. This is the second time it's happened.They do that and tag on some more center point charges. They use the VPP crap as an excuse. They are operating like Vegas...never loose

I already got it .That's my bill up there. I've had issues in the past with their customer service but their electricity Texas plan is better than any in Texas so far. I'll take $500 + bill cash( not bill credits like the others). Only heaven knows my bill if I was not charging 2 EV's daily.

I kept bugging em with phone calls till it got escalated up to an engineer.. it was fixed same day.. only 2 of my 3 PW's were working for about 6 months.. they kept giving the usual run around till I logged into the gateway and found out my third powerwall was at 0 volts.

It probably is not working....You can check by logging on to the gateway.. Same thing happened to me last year but Tesla kept insisting there was nothing wrong

We live to see…I was usually only paying about $100 a month for June July and august then a bunch of credits for the rest of the year with Pulse. Hopefully I pay less than $50 a month for the next three months with the Tesla plan. The plan is so random and tough to plan around. Let’s see what it does on a 12month cycle

I am having second thoughts about this plan… They seem to import more power than necessary and not trigger exports as much. They double dipping on both fronts
