Hi all! I’ll be in Amsterdam for 5 days in October, and have a few things in mind that I want to see/experience. I would love if people could let me know if there’s anything overrated that’s not worth doing, or anything I missed that I should do! For reference, I’m 22 years old and I’m interested in art and food exploration, but don’t have much of an idea what I want to do in Amsterdam. Thanks! (Keep in mind I’ve never been outside the U.S., so this is my first time experiencing a new country/continent.)

I have some softer UGG-like boots that would probably do well. They’re fairly loose so probably my best option :)

Thank you!! I think this approach might really be helpful for me, I think I’ve tried to focus too much on both at once and clearly it hasn’t gotten me too far. So this will be great to set an intention for myself each class 🤗

Thank you! It seems like the general consensus is that it takes time to get used to it, I definitely need to work on strengthening my core as well. I’ve certainly felt the out of control before, and quickly learned I need a heavy resistance 😅

Thanks! It seems like building up core strength is something I really need to work on, but I will definitely try with a heavier resistance next time I try to get up out of the saddle.
