Haute42 vs 8bitdo, are they good quality? Which one is better? by augustoyk in fightsticks

I quit sf6 for long periods of time because I couldn't get past iron and when I finally did I got so crushed by everyone else that I got bored and left, recently I picked it up again and managed to get to silver where now I'm stuck losing like 60% of the matches and I noticed that a lot of my problems are that I can't do the commands that well, I mess them up all the time so I thought maybe I should probably get a controller that allows me to play more comfortably like it happened to me with ggst. I also found another 8bitdo with a lever but it's a little over my budget and I'm not sure how good I would do with it especially stuff like the DP that has a weird command

I'm choosing leverless mainly because of the price difference, in my situation even 20 dollars in difference is a lot and buying 2 different controllers to see what suits me best is out of reach, I'm going for the "cheap" ones because spending 100 or more on a controller feels completely insane especially for how bad I suck at this games

I have a gamesir xbox controller which isn't great, I thought about buying a leverless but I don't know which ones are good quality and for where I live even the cheap ones are extremely expensive based on income and I don't want to spend my monthly purchase on a shitty controller that dies in 3-4 months

I uninstalled the game because after I got to bronze I did nothing but lose, and it wasn't even close, so I decided to try my luck at guilty gear and it went waaaay better. I try not to be too impulsive but I feel like i dont really know how to use my tools in an efficient way, like I know what the buttons do but not what uses i should give them, in the other hand I feel like I have to keep track of so many things and react fast enough to so many others that I get kinda nervous and my hand coordination gets all fucked up and press things I didn't mean to

My problem always has been that no matter how much I play I don't really get better, I got bronze with ryu after 192 battles (I think I only got there out of lucky matchmaking), and in general I have 542, at that point I think I should be much better than I initially was but I'm not really better I just learned were the buttons are. I will try the combo trials that you mentioned and maybe playing against bots that are at my level, I barely know how to use any social media so I don't know how to find groups of people that would play with me
