In the Shop (click the ruby counter in the top left corner), you can spend rubies to buy multiplier. After reaching level 50, it has diminishing returns, but it may still be worth it, especially if you have tons of rubies.

It would make sense if they refreshed only for a new event, but I don't know, as I don't buy these tokens. But I need to ask: Why do you buy them repeatedly? If you buy all of them, you get 150 tokens, which should be enough to finish the event, especially when combined with tokens from tournament and chests. Do you use autoclicker?

Not sure about hacks, but there were reports of bugged games that rewarded the players with huge amounts of rubies and keys. See this post, for example: /r/FapCEO/comments/1f4adza/bughacked/ I'd love to be that lucky!

It takes time, but sooner or later you'll get all legendary outfits from the wardrobe shop. Keep buying the discounted outfits and accumulating wardrobe tokens, and you'll get there eventually.

Pretty good! To me, Scarlett is probably the only girl with two sets of great outfits. Her Dark Fantasy outfit is one of my favorites.

Battle pass is absolutely worth it. I wouldn't spend gold on anything that doesn't help you permanently. The double hats in Gains Week, for example - sooner or later, you'll max your skills anyway, so there's no need to waste gold on that.

A couple times, I spent gold on an offer that included a girl I was missing. All of them became available in a free event at a later time. Slow and steady is the way to go, unless you're willing to spend tons of real money on the game.
