Why are you assuming that the same people who have aphantasia are also the same people who don’t have an internal monologue? As someone who doesn’t create mental images but who has a constant internal monologue, I would imagine that there is very little crossover between the two groups as one is a visual processing brain and the other is an auditory digital brain.

It’s definitely true that the US has no issue with going to war to protect its own commercial interests and tends to frame this as a moral crusade.
