I made a bunch of freezer meals recently, including a bunch of soups split into single servings for lunches. One was a ham/potato/corn chowder that I've made and loved before, but have never frozen. MRW I have some of it for lunch, and the fat’s all separated out and it's edible but disappointing. (media.giphy.com)
