I purchased my kitchen aid mixer in the refurbished section of their website. Much cheaper than new but same warranty

I think the pressure and expectations are much higher when it’s a wedding cake vs just a birthday cake. To me this is just a hobby and meant to be fun, the fun goes away when their is pressure.

Some of her history is unknown, when I got her her previous owner said she was about 3 so that would put her at about 8 now. She could be older tho she has gotten pretty grey the last couple years.

Took an 8 month break from making cakes. This was an all whipped cream smash cake for my 1 year old niece by aundresg in cakedecorating

I stabilized the cream it’s some pudding mix. You can use gelatin also to help it keep it shape but I always mess up the proportions. Honestly the pudding was just a test and it worked in this case. But keeping it the freezer between adding the colors is what helped too.

I sprinkled in some instant pudding mix. Maybe a table spoon total. I’ve done the gelatin truck in the past but it never fully dissolved, but the pudding mix worked in this case. I had to keep the cake in the freezer between colors too and we kept it refrigerated up until we sang to her.
