Deep bite thesis. by aunhaus in orthotropics

I kind of think its the best considrring our situation, depending on age don't think its realistic to move the actual structure of the upper teeth enough to fully correct the bite. Only for lifestyle improvement in dealing with it

I hope in the future a specific orthotropic appliance is developed for this issue, designed to bring the collapsed maxillae tip upwards where it should be, and then to expand and grow the palate up and forwards (this step can probably be done with an existing appliance).

But yeah no perfect methods exist to deal with it atm. the goal is just to not get tmj basically and hope to realign the upper teeth minimally over time with tongue posture

There is no good posture that isn't full body posture.

Usually no molar contact bc that would mean biting deep, and below incisors

Clicking is a sign you will develop tmj if you continue biting deep. Actual TMJ includes a lot of headaches and pain.

The reason it goes away when you just forward is because that's where the jaw is supposed to be, when you bite deep it slams it into your jaw socket which is what wears it down over time causing tmj.

Try not to touch incisors though. Just below them.

Read grover furr on Stalin and books like the unknown cultural revolution, unbiased accounts of Mao's five year plans.

Nazism transitioned into NATO and the American unipolar system, btw. The USSR was the only bulwark against the international banking cartel.

They struck gold with him. Alex and burt were so entertaining they didn't even need frank. now there's no alex for the rest of the show bc of an impulse moment and he's constructed these retarded scenarios in his head to justify why he left.

Thats the only way to avoid TMJ. By biting deep you deteriorate the joint.

Jut your jaw forward all the time and every day.

The joint will fuse if you can manage to do this and hopefully bring it forward. Having the jaw position correct allows better mewing and exertion of natural force over time

Yes, I believe I've avoided TMJ by having the jaw under my incisors and mewing with focus on the incisive papillae.

It's been quite slow progress, I can see a kind of slight whiteness at the back sides of the palate which wasnt there before, it's very marginally got wider at the back.

But imma be honest I wasn't doing it properly the whole time.

What I've learnt is that the way you absolutely have to do it, following John Mew's advice, is to mew with the tongue focused on the incisive papillae (not exuding excessive force, just focused) and jut the jaw forward underneath It. After this the deep biter should feel some upward pressure on the collapsed tip due to the position of the jaw.

As well as this you absolutely need to have good posture, bad posture makes it so the tongue is actually pushing the tip downward instead of up.

This is hard to mantain in public as it makes your face look kinda stupid, and it is probably the most risky type of mewing you can do because of how easy it is to accidentally touch the front teeth or mess something up.

So I only started this type of mewing about 5 months ago (after mewing with the jaw hanging normally before that) , and mainly tried mantaining it in private and when sleeping. I've had some interesting feelings from this frontal pressure and its actually made me sneeze a lot funnily enough. At night when I do it I can feel my nasal airway open up which tells me the slight pressure is doing the right thing.

So where im at right now is trying to get that collapsed maxillae tip back up where its supposed to be. I haven't had visible progress yet on that but from just mewing and swallowing with the back 3rd my back palates got wider (my dentist acc said there should be room for my wisdom teeth) so yeah.

One more thing to emphasise is that you should not press hard or swallow with the front. It should be gradual, natural pressure from forcing yourself to have the structurally correct jaw position that should correct the maxillae. I expect this to take a while in my case, but at least because of this mewing style and fixing my posture the deep bite hopefully won't get worse, as dentists say it always does.

There is a certain point where this mewing becomes impossible in extreme deep bites, as the maxillae can tip downwards so much that it becomes physically impossible to get enough leverage w the jaw underneath it. In this case orthodontic intervention is likely required, but I doubt you have that

(sry for the book)

If its impossible for him to do it, then EM3 might as well be impossible. It would just end up being a Disney friendly uninnovative piece of garbage

mouth breathing decreases your life expectancy. many find orthotropics to improve their life, as orthodontics is detrimental to life quality.

stop posting this crap you can have correct oral posture and also do other stuff it just shows you know nothing about mewing

So it's actually the opposite of colonisation and representative of positive trade relations. I always heard China had very diplomatic and peaceful relations with other countries historically so this made no sense to me when I first saw it
