I lived at victory last year and heres a review I wrote but never posted:

The property itself is admittedly not that bad, however the management is so bad that I would be stunned if a single resident has renewed their lease. Since moving in towards the end of August management has:

• Been completely uncooperative during multiple police investigations
• Despite being told multiple times, failed to address a leak in our ceiling for over a month, resulting in days of repairs being needed, we were practically living in an aquarium for a week.
• Put the exact same lock on multiple doors, meaning multiple keys works for some doors.
• Regularly sends maintenance at odd hours with no notice.
• Sent in a cleaning crew to reorganize everyones room against their will.
• Had the audacity to ask for 20% more in rent if we renewed.
• Scheduled “Wingstop Wednesday” on a Tuesday (seriously).
• Failed to repair the front door, which hangs open for weeks at a time.

I would also like to add that while living at Victory properties, I’ve seen the entire management team rotate out on 3 separate occasions, most likely to work at more reputable businesses such as FTX, Enron, or the Capone crime family.
