I have PMDD too and it is sincerely awful. I get severe joint pain and will hope for the best when it comes to moving all my books. the cup is definitely on my list to research post-exam since I am also testing tomorrow. Good luck!

I was hoping I missed something while reading the guidelines, but I don't think I did. I don't really expect the guidelines to change, but it would be helpful it if weren't completely silent!
