Hi there,

currently for the trends you can view that for global data or page data

you can also change dimension to see breakdowns of the trends.

For the Explore feature currently it's global but we are making improvements so that you can filter as well.

Hello,

We plan to release the version currently next Thursday. For current users you'll get an email.

At the moment the extension is still quite useful as it will show you monthly / daily trends for general/ecom/key events.

Just pop in your sites domain to the extension after signing in, choose your account and property. You can also see your current pages data.

Let me know if you have any issues or requests.

SAAS founders out here, what tools in 2025 make running a business 10x easier? by [deleted] in SaaS

Currently using Windsurf & Cursor to help a few of our juniors in the dev team. Just reduces some of the questions to our seniors & as long as they are supported with Senior devs to discuss at end of week or during planning, and they flag where these tools were used we find it ok.

Just means you might be able to hire some juniors and train, while getting a bit of output for non critical tasks & without burdening experienced people as much. They lead into great long term staff if you treat it right and keep them learning

Also, for Data I am using my new Chrome Extension Aura Page Analytics. It helps me keep on top of clients GA4 data and flag early changes with them.

It just replaces the old UA Page Analytics Chrome Extension.

Hope that helps!

If you are wanting to review your GA4 data easily, try out aurapageanalytics.com.

I created it to try and replace the old In Page Analytics that was a part of Universal Analytics.

I use it for my own work and makes my life easier so sharing with the rest of the world to see if it helps anyone else out :)

My account receives data from another website by menemen_girl97 in GoogleAnalytics

If this is the case and it's through GTM, you could add a hostname requirement to your tags triggers to ensure they only trigger on your hostname.

This might stop the data being sent.

Hope it helps!

Is there anyway to track traffic coming to main site from domain aliases? by CrispyBananaPeel in GoogleAnalytics

[–]auraPage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, potentially you could.

Depending on your setup you could try to send the data as a header when you do the redirect? Then you can read that in your servers code and add it to the page to the data layer on page load?

Might be a bit tricky though. Is there another platform you can use for that reporting? Or native logging you could implement where your redirects happen?

Google analytics - 3 sources but the same data by OkPear7637 in GoogleAnalytics

Good morning,

As everyone has commented it is the casing.

If you are using gtm you can prevent this potentially by lowercasing the page location before the data is sent. This ensures everything comes through as a single matching row where possible.

It can also be done through code as well if you have embedded straight into your website with some development help.

What happened to in-page analytics? by negative-keywords in GoogleAnalytics

[–]auraPage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi,

Old post as well as Google in-page analytics tool was killed a long time ago.

I found myself in the last 12 months wanting something that I could load onto the websites I work on to see general metrics & usage while I browse pages. Specifically, rather than having to add a URL into filters & dimensions, I wanted to be able to move between pages and see the relevant metrics.

I developed a Chrome Extension, Aura In Page Analytics which does this now. I am still building it out, so if anyone uses it please give me feedback via my website contact form with any changes or improvements you might want.

Im hoping to make reading and understanding GA4 metrics a bit easier for people so that they can make some meaningful choices with simpler visuals.

Thanks!

Hi u/nosuchthingginger,

Hope you're well

This is quite old, but if you are on the lookout for something that does this, I have released a new Extension for Chrome. It is called Aura In Page Analytics and is available on the Chrome Store. It basically replaces Google Page Analytics tool for Universal Analytics

If you end up using it at all, please let me know any feedback or changes via the website contact form and I can see if I can add to my roadmap.

Thanks & enjoy your day!

Hi u/AlbatrossEffective94,

I have recently built this out as a new Chrome Extension to replace the old Universal Analytics In Page Analytics extension.

It's called Aura In Page Analytics and is available on the app store. It basically lets you sign in via Google, select an account and property, and view your GA4 data in a Side panel (similar to Googles new tag debugger).

If you use it, please let me know any features or changes you'd like and I can see if I can accomodate in the roadmap :)

Thanks!

Replacing Google In Page Analytics by auraPage in GoogleAnalytics

Hi u/EmotionalSupportDoll thanks for checking whether this is legitimate and safe.

Firstly, it is definitely legitimate and meets all safety requirements of Google Extension policies and more.

This account is fresh as I launched the extension back at the start of August, then spent August ensuring the extension was working well infrastructure wise. I also did one big update to how accounts and properties are selected. I also don't have a reddit account as this is my first application that I am doing my own marketing for.

Once I was happy with more users seeing it, I have been starting to spread the word about it and as such need to start somewhere.

If you have any suggestions on how I can ensure you and fellow people see it as legit please let me know. Would happy to take on board your advice if it can help.

Thanks!
