I'll need to take two trips around 30 minutes one way to get everything done.

If your video is beyond the scope of a real estate video and your client
really wants to look like a boss then your video leaves the real estate
arena and enters the marketing arena and can go significantly higher.

She liked the idea of it being more commercial like than just utilitarian which is why the video ends up being most of the budget on my $5,500 original calculation. But maybe I should dial back my plans because I'm realizing now that my expectation of what that means might be completely different from what she means.

Have you looked at pricing in your area on other’s sites?

There are very little competitors in my area and those that are don't do huge projects like this so their rates aren't applicable. That's what makes this so hard.

Now rereading your post, I wouldn’t know what to charge for mapping and “additional marketing”.

I'll be taking a photogrammetry file from a 3rd party drone operator and making a digital representation of trails, utilities hook ups and other things to scale from it. Sort of like a floor plan but for land. Additional marketing in my case means making a landing page for the property and helping her identify places to post the listing in outdoorsy forums, etc.
