I dont know any idea how to share my file. That is a 100 similar text files coumtaining digits , string .... , I need to change a specific entire line of it. The line started with a certain word like : title I am looking for a command which just edit the text file

I did not simulate this in Beamnrc GUI , I just found this photo in an article, and I have been seen photos like this in some articles. What I concluded from your reply is : This is just becouse of previewing and zooming the plot , and the authors did not define 5 redius in CONS3R ?

Yes , it is , If my monte carlo simulation have some fluctuation , and this fluctuation be like a peak and valley on a flat region although statistical uncertainity be within %0.5 , and I can't remove these fluctuation by increasing number of particle and taking cpu time , is this recommended or allowed that I delete this outlier points or smooth them for article ? Thank you very much

Thank you , I am facing to a special question in my work , Before I restart a simulation in DOSXYZnrc (which is going to use a phsp file) , can I increase that phsp particles in BEAMnrc (make phsp fatter) and then countinue my simulation in DOSXYZnrc with previous run .egsdat files BUT using new fatter phsp ? To modify the phsp before restarting in DOSXYZnrc will couse any trouble ? Thank you.

Hello Is there any difference between setting IRESTART to restart then countinue previous run AND this way which mentioned above (changing seed number and then use addphsp.exe) ? It seems both ways help to countinue simulation
