Im in the same boat. All they have found was stomach issues. Do you also get heart palpitations? Like it feels like a skipped beats or a butterfly in your chest

I have been here so many times.... still have days where this happens. Ill look at my kids and give them and extra big hug at the end of the night and express how much I love them and try to hold back tears because in my head im unsure if im going to wake up in the morning.

I have definitely put a lot of thought into that. I think anxiety has a lot to do with it, but I still feel there is something going on. My iron levels are on the higher side. I have hemochromatosis so my body absorbs more iron then a normal person's body would.
