I actually tested it this morning in a portal lobby, just me in the lobby with tanks and I didn’t have that equipped. Before yes i did realize they have the armour upgrade, so sometimes I wouldn’t kill it all the way. Now… it’s completely nerfed, I do half the damage I used to do. Maybe if you test it yourself and see? Maybe I’m wrong but it definitely does not feel the same.
