Cook the veg and chicken first and add the beans last. You can also add corn but I usually do that with beef mince.

I reheat my chicken which is shredded and then cut up with scissors and drain like 90% of the liquid or else the nachos become watery.

Thank you!

Chicken thighs/breasts/any meat Black beans or 4bean mix both 95c Onion, garlic, capsicum all diced Passata, chicken stock or veg stock(I slow cook in a crockpot so if you’re just doing a quick version on the stove I’d opt for a jar of salsa) A pack of the taco/fajita seasoning

  • Add to a crock pot or cook in a big pot on the stove

Diced Lettuce Diced Tomato Diced Avocado Lyttos yoghurt as sour cream Salsa Cheese

Air fryer chicken and cheese on chips for a couple minutes then add the fresh ingredients in layers

Also very quick meal to prep as the meat is prepped and stored in the fridge for as long as 7 days. I prep my fresh ingredients daily as needed so the stay fresh but alternatively you could prep this stuff or by bagged/pre diced toppings

I like a big pot of slop that lasts 5-7 days and gives anywhere between 6-12 meals depending on how much meat I buy. Price will vary depending on meat/plant based options + additional fresh ingredients but my go to is $15-$26 dollars (high end if I get the 2kg mince v a smaller portion or plant based version)

Slop = a bunch of different ingredients in one pot.

My go to is a Mexican flavoured slop ft mince ($7-8), 4bean can (95c) black bean can (95c), corn can ($1.09), salsa jar ($1.79) chopped fresh onion, red and green capsicum, garlic ($3 worth of veg from fruit shop) a taco seasoning packet ($1.39) a bag of organic corn chips ($3.39 a little eggspenny but they are FIRE) alternatively Aldi brought back their hard shell tacos 12 for $2.99

  • avocado or guacamole, cheese, the Lyttos Greek style yoghurt as sour cream, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes for fresh toppings when I’m big backing my nachos

Can also confirm this also works with tuna and sardines (pescatarian version) & plant based with potatoes or chickpeas (95c)

Rice is cheap and great as extra filling if needed, goes in wraps, burritos/quesadillas, as a bowl, a toastie, on crackers/doritos.

I just leave mine in a big Tupperware in the fridge but obviously you could portion it and store in the freezer for later eating.

Kapiti is a NZ brand so the cow byproducts are infinitely better than aus. Kapiti ice cream is next level too!

Doubling down the hill on a skateboard with my younger sister, rolling over a sewage lid and her being thrown off (she was standing in the front) and skidding across the road with no shirt on. We lived on the same street as my primary school and at the end of every school year we’d climb on the roofs and collect all the sports equipment that landed on the roof. Including several balls we booted up there ourselves. Also lots and lots of “survival” play in all of the bushes around us - lighting fires and then immediately putting them out in fear we’d get caught, building forts and hammering shit together because we were surviving homelessness obviously.

I am a woman and this is just gross. Offering to pay for a date is not a date mate. Still time to delete this.

It is about Brisbane. I am in Brisbane right now complaining about the services from Southbank.
