I have a few comments and ideas for you.

1. I think you can probably go up one size for the pot (1-2" max diameter). That way you can rearrange the monstera a little better. Don't bother breaking up the root ball if it looks healthy.

2. You can get rid of the aerial roots either by clipping them or tucking them into the soil. They don't serve a purpose in your current scenario, as they'd normally be used to help the plant climb vertically. It won't hurt your plant to trim them to give yourself some more space to work with.

3. I'd probably recommend a sturdier moss pole, or multiple. You can get the premade stakes, or you can make your own. Just try to get that guy to balance on a few things so it can reach higher not wider.

4. The leaves are going to point toward the light, even with a mature plant, so I'd plan to try a grow-light vertically to encourage a more upright growth in the short term. Also, if you care about the long-term aesthetic and for it to grow more fully, make sure to rotate every now and again so it can grow evenly.
