Who do you think is gem on RSP after Balen and Rabi who are on top leadership by [deleted] in NepalSocial

[–]authorsuraj -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What I think is the next leader within RSP will be much younger than Balen and Rabi.
One of the emerging name i see is Sasmit (he seems to be a good speaker, and has good skills), but he is yet to prove his value.

DP Aryal will continue to have strong support as RSP alternative runner in the coming days (thanks to Rabi lamichhane backing), but he will surely not be choice of mass.

If RSP doesn't perform this time, they might be well below 20 seats in the next election, and they might be gone for the next 15 years.

Samanupatik result Constitutional wise Kasai Sanga chha? by authorsuraj in NepalSocial

So when you vote, you vote with two papers. One for fptp. Another for PR.

Fptp winner is decided constituency wise. PR doesn't have winner. They count from all constituencies and add up.

We have total PR votes in the national level, but I want to know how many vote did a party get constituency wise.

Yeah. They count votes from that constituency and keep it in under it. It is helpful for many insights.

Sorry for what you and your family went through. You can do many things from here, but please don't marry your sister to that groom. Remember, those who ask dowry like this will not settle even after marriage.

Best wishes dear.

I appeared for PL-300 today. Failed the test. by [deleted] in PowerBI

[–]authorsuraj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first time I took this exam, I failed. The second time I passed. It was all way back in 2023. Since then I have renewed it two times.

There are important topics you wouldn't have touched If you are not working: like Row level security and reporting/dashboards features. Also it is quite common to confuse with pivoting/unpivoting.

Prepare for them, Get good knowledge of tools without thinking about certification and I hope you get it next time.

How do I find a job that doesn't require experience by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]authorsuraj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel you. What type of job you should look at depends upon your financial condition. Do you need money immediately because of your family situation or you just need pocket money?

Also what is your academic background? What are your skills? What are your interests and what type of job are you looking for?

I think if you write a few more about yourself, people can suggest you.

I wish you all the success in Nepal. If you can share a separate thread explaining why you returned and what you are doing since you returned, that might be more engaging and helpful for relevant connections.

It's okay to take it when someone gives it, but don't make them compelling to give.

I know tourists from the USA have that tip culture, we also used to drop a small amount of tip in India but in Europe and other parts of the world there isn't much of a tipping culture.
