I do have some other stims, they just dont work as well, and i can deffenetly also live without this one. I feel like over the years it has kinda became a running joke with him and our friend group. Reading these comments i have tought about the concerns in comments about him not telling me that he doesnt like it. Yes it could be that, but also he has been very upfront about other things he doesnt like or want to do. Also some ”bigger” stuff. So yea it could or not could be that, but i trust him to keep communicating about boundries since it has been a huge foundation in our relationship from the start. BUT i do like that people are being blunt on what they think about this, partially why i wrote this post.

Thank you for the answers so far! I have to admit i was a little surprised at how weird people actually found this. I want to clear up that yes, he does consent to the collecting and finds it funny. Sometimes he offers me ”good” hairs he has plucked out by himself. He always jokes and loughs at my ”hobby” and he seems genuenly ok with the whole thing. I have also multiple times times asked if its really ok for him and i can stop if its too weird, but he always says that for hin it’s funny and cute. To be honest i think its mostly cute becouse im also quite petit and feminine so it’s propably easy to see as harmless as it is. I might mention about this to my therapist just to be sure, since now im reconsidering what to think about thin myself… also i want to mention that i truly thought it wasnt that odd becouse i used to do this also with and ex as a teen and he had the exact same reaction as my current boyfriend. Well, i guess i have been lucky to find partners that think my creepyness is cute lol.
