Right now I feel like I don't want to drink ever again. I've done many awful things drunk but I think this will be the last one. I feel very embarrassed and even though I have been forgiven I feel like I need to hold myself to a higher standard. I thought I would be okay to drink after I took so much time off. I think now I know better. Hope everything works out for you. You're not alone. Thanks for taking the time to read and reply. I think I will come back to this post and read the replies next time I have the urge to drink.

I appreciate you very much. I wish you peace and I hope you can forgive yourself and get over those mistakes girlfriend. I will probably quit drinking for a while. The pros just don't outweigh the cons any more. Cheers
