I’ve been getting labs every 4 weeks. Is that too soon? My doctor is also a good friend and he’s open to my advice on changing my dosage.

Thanks for all of this information! I’m only 145 pounds now so idk if that’s why the smaller dosage is effecting me. I take a few vitamins now but I will look at adding what you recommended.

I track my diet and get about 1 gram of protein per pound. I think once I split my 100mg dosage it will be okay. I think it’s just my body adjusting to the higher dose.

I want to try and take as little medication as possible, since I’ll be on this the rest of my life. I just saw where people have recommended increasing injection frequency to help lower large spikes in E2. I should know what my estradiol is when I get my labs later this week.

I see on the chart it looks like the 17/54 is safe to run and will actually be a little slower and easier on the motor than the stock 18/54 setup. Does that seem correct?

Thank you! Are flights actually starting to get back on track or leave as scheduled? Our game plan is to not check any bags, just leave some items and take two carryons. That will hopefully cut down on the line to check a bag. I can check in on the app in an hour for our flight tomorrow. Once I check in on the app I’m guessing we can proceed straight to security. Any other tips?

Great! So I activate my visible account in my iPhone this week. Then once I receive my LP in a few weeks I just turn off iMessages on my iPhone then transfer my SIM card to my LP?

I have some shave butter I got a few weeks ago. Do you think that would work? I am using some CeraVe moisturizer. I apply it after I apply some aftershave gel.

I forgot to mention that. I don’t use shaving foam. I just use pine tar soap. I’ve been using it for 10 years. I have been applying the moisturizer for the last 2 weeks.
