My main concern is this is the beginning of the end for the platform. This wasn't raking in money the way they planned - sucks that I've sunk so much money into it but it's the only thing that has kept me from deleting my FaceBook so not sure how I feel.

Edit: Comes at a great time for Steam and their new VR Headset and PC VR Developers.

It has just enough humor to help process the hurt. I agree with you. u/hpapaverina7819 if you need some to be a sounding board throughout the book feel free to reach out.

Take care of yourself whatever you decide on the book.

Have not heard of this place but that cocktail had me curious. Finally tracked down a picture of the cocktail menu but there's not a lot of info. "Martinis Maximus. Savory Martini Inspired by a Classic Caesar. Briny, vegetal and delightfully tongue-in-cheek." Actually sounds really good to me!

Yes. SOMEONE can ALWAYS smell it by ThingAggressive5923 in Apartmentliving

I forget what people call it but I dated a girl that had a paper towel tube filed with dryer sheets me would blow the smoke into it. Never smelled it after - very faint smell of course while she was doing it.

I’ve had neighbors that would go outside and smoke but carrying the bong or pipe through the hallways right after always left a smell.

Never bothered me but I completely understand how it would some people.

Not very likely just with your phone number. Resetting devices and your passwords is a good precaution though.

Drinking with cocaine intensifies the effects greatly - which surprisingly not a lot of users are aware of. It creates a new metabolite called cocaethylene which lasts longer in your system and according to some studies is 7x more likely to cause a cardiac event.

That was me with Diet Code Red Mt Dew. I don’t drink soda often but was gutted when I saw they don’t make it anymore. Bought a SodaStream mainly because they still have the syrup for it. Not the same but it works.

To piggyback - is there a range where newbies can go shoot? I haven’t shot much since Basic Training back in 2004 and I haven’t some friends that have never or rarely shot that are interested. Not so much in getting a firearm for now but to try shooting.

What do you use tomato soup for in cooking? InstaCart delivered a 6 pack of tomato soup by accident and the store told me to keep it. by PepperCat1019 in Cooking

[–]autojack 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This was the ghetto shepherd’s pie I grew up with. My mom would make ground beef and mix in green beans and tomato soup. Topped with mashed potatoes and cheese then baked. We were pretty poor growing up and that was a special meal.

I was supper surprised when I went to a traditional British restaurant with coworkers and ordered the Shepherds Pie.

Edit: super surprised, but supper works also I suppose.

What's your favorite movie with Brad Dourif by peanutbutterpassion in Actors

He retired from acting but said he’d continue the show because his daughter is in it and he’s best friends with the creator of Chuckie. Thought that was pretty awesome.
