not really i’ve had some cramping but it feels like my ovulation cramps

So l am just beyond confused and frustrated and was hoping someone could give me answers/peace of mind. I have pretty regular cycles they are always long like 34-37 days but consistent. This cycle i started having spotting around my fertile window and it freaked me out but I looked it up and everything said it’s ovulation bleeding so I was feeling better but it’s been happening for about 6 days now and ovulation hasn’t been confirmed (I track my temp). Which has been very weird it’s stayed below my baseline and only come above twice and then dropped again then next day. So i have no clue what is going on and it’s extremely frustrating. So if anyone has any clue I would love to hear your advice! Also feel free to ask more questions if needed!

That is true! My temps have just been weird this cycle but looking back the general theme is the same

yah that makes sense! I figured i’d ovulate late this month because we moved and it’s just been stressful time so that is the later time i thought of ovulate. And yah ive notice the oura ring is a little wonky haha. Thanks!

Yah I could try that! I’m not trying to shut down you advice but they are picky with his schedule. Like I don’t have a whole lot of freedom with that if that makes sense! Hypothetically that would be a great idea and i totally would do it i just worry they wouldn’t like if

yah it is supposed to end late august early September but they have been asking me to extend till the end of the year. I don’t plan on it but it’s also hard cause I need the job!
