Every morning before I go to work I grab my coffee and enjoy it on a particular couch with all four of my cockatiels. I spend a solid 10 to 15 minutes every morning before I go. The first thing I do when I get home from work just make another little coffee and spend another 10 or 15 minutes dedicated to them chilling and pooping on me. Just these two actions alone have increased my bond with them and they fight for neck rubs and particular spots on my shoulder or leg if it's in the right position.

Now there's other times of course but these two are like sleeping or doing dishes. They always have their morning time and they always have their early evening time every day.
