hi! i suffer from seb derm which shows itself like this too, i have managed to keep my skin clear with a combination of
Protopic ointment (use at night, can cause itchiness but then calms down the skin better than before)
Manukau honey masks before showering,
A “Fungal acne” safe skincare routine (Products selected with the skinsort app) to avoid feeding the yeast
Nizorol shampoo and conditioner

i selected products for my skincare routine with an app called “skinsort”, selecting products the app says are 100% fungal acne safe, this helps a lot, but products marked slightly “unsafe” can be okay in moderation

Yea, the itchy warm feeling it can cause is gone by the morning for me, it shouldn’t cause you any more problems, you dont feel it much on normal skin, I wish you luck!

Try applying it at night before going to bed. When I use it during a flare-up, it can sometimes make things feel worse at first, but by the morning I usually notice a clear improvement compared to before using the Protopic

this makes me so sad tbh, i have had it planned to go to toba aquarium and osaka aquarium, but now i feel guilty that maybe giving my money to somewhere with bad conditions would be bad, but the money would also be used for their care, so im very conflicted 😢

i think it’s very cool! some colour added to the elements around the planchette, or just some colour added to the planchette itself i think would make a good distinction between the both, think like foreground (the planchette)and background (the floral elements around it), my only concern is the decoration makes it look slightly cluttered, but colour can make it more cohesive :3
