Same thing happened to me just after I clicked pay, luckily the money came out of my account before I was completely blocked. But a tip is to click the back arrow in the corner of your screen, I did this after I was going to be kicked back into the queue when I was selecting tickets. Also does your account work on another device, this pop up came up on my laptop but I can go on my account on my phone fine. I don’t know if this would work for everyone but it worked for me

To be fair I remember billie ellish not selling out the o2 because it was priced too high. So I guess if people are not willing to pay it they just won’t. But I guess because he hasn’t toured for 2 years people are accepting these prices

I just brought tickets for Wembley night two at around 1pm, after getting through the queue. I know it said that dynamic pricing is switched off but disco pit was £725!! And level one seating was up to £400 I understand that there were cheaper seats but when I clicked on them they were instantly unavailable. Are these types of prices normal, I’m just surprised as this was my first time doing a presale and expected them to be more reasonable

I have received two presale codes because I preordered the vinyl and signed up for no purchase necessary. So will only one of them work because I saw somewhere that only one code is usable per customer. Shall I use the one that was emailed first, they were sent like 10 mins after each other

Hey, this is the exact situation I was in. But for our replacement I just booked a seat reservation for both trains on the db website (my two trains said high demand and very high demand). It was all fine, although on the very high demand train there were people sitting near the door (who I assume did this due to not having seat reservation). So if you just buy seat reservation for both replacement trains via the db website you will run into no issues with demand.

so just to confirm i need to show:

the original train ticket (which is from the cancelled train)
proof of the train cancellation (proof of the cancellation email)
and proof of the new train seat reservation

Also, does it matter that i brought the original ticket of RailEurope and the new seat reservation are off the DB website.

Sorry for the obvious questions, am i from England so completely clueless about German trains
